How to delete your account (recommended)
- Open the OMNE app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account will be deactivated immediately.
If you cannot use the app, submit the form below. We will process web requests within 30 days.

What we delete
- Profile (name, photos, bio, gender, birthday, interests, and similar profile fields)
- Login credentials and phone/email bound to the account
- Likes, unlikes, blocks, reports, chat history, gifts, and matching records
- Location stored on your profile
- Push tokens and in-app session data
What we may retain, and for how long
- Payment / coin / withdrawal records: kept up to 5 years if required for tax, anti-fraud, or accounting.
- Safety and abuse records: may be kept up to 12 months to prevent repeat violations.
- After that, remaining personal data is deleted or anonymized.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data already shown to other users (for example a message they received) may remain in their copy until they delete it.
Delete some data without deleting the account
Yes. In OMNE you can edit or remove profile photos, bio, and other profile fields without deleting the whole account. For help, email support@omne5.com.
