OMNE is an adults-only dating application. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child endangerment, grooming, and any content or behavior involving minors.
1. Adults only
OMNE is intended only for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not allowed to create accounts or use the service.
2. Zero-tolerance policy
- Any sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to groom, exploit, threaten, or solicit minors is prohibited.
- Any content promoting or facilitating child abuse is prohibited.
3. Prevention measures
- Users can report and block suspicious accounts in the app.
- Accounts reported for underage use, exploitation, or abusive conduct may be suspended or permanently banned.
- We review credible safety reports and take action, including account removal and preservation of records where legally required.
4. Reporting CSAE or child safety issues
If you believe a user may be underage or involved in child exploitation, contact us immediately at support@omne5.com. Include profile details, screenshots, and any relevant context if available.
5. Cooperation with authorities
Where required by law, we may report relevant information to law enforcement or child protection organizations and cooperate with lawful investigations.
