This policy explains how LIANGUANG MEDIATEK LIMITED handles personal information in OMNE5 (also called OMNE), our social discovery and communication app.
Information we process
- Account and profile: name, email address, phone number, account credentials, user ID, birth date, profile photos, biography, gender, interests, languages, relationship preferences and other profile details you provide. Some profile fields, such as religion and relationship preferences, can be sensitive.
- Location: location coordinates, nearby search distance and related location information used for discovery and profile matching when you use location features and grant the relevant permission.
- Communication and content: messages, photos, audio or video you send or share, call connection information, interactions with other users, and reports or support requests. Audio and video calls require processing media through communication service providers.
- Transactions: purchase or payment status, transaction references and records associated with paid features you use. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy policies.
- Device and service information: IP address, device and app information, push notification identifiers, service interactions and technical or diagnostic information processed by our infrastructure and integrated services. Advertising services may also process device identifiers, ad interactions and related information according to your permissions and their policies.
Why we use this information
We use information to create and manage accounts, display profiles, provide discovery and matching, deliver messages and calls, send service notifications, operate paid features and advertising where available, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, maintain security and improve service reliability. Information provided in profiles and content you share is visible to other users according to the features you use; messages and calls are shared with their recipients.
Service providers and sharing
OMNE5 uses hosting infrastructure and third-party services, including Google Firebase for account and communication infrastructure, Google Maps for location features, OneSignal for notifications, Agora for real-time audio and video, Google Mobile Ads for advertising, and payment providers for payment features that are offered. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Their handling of data is described in their policies: Google, OneSignal, and Agora.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, resolve disputes or secure the service. Our service providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live.
Permissions and your choices
You can manage location, camera, microphone, photos and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Denying or withdrawing a permission may prevent the related feature from working. You can update available profile fields in the app. Be careful about including contact details or sensitive information in profiles, messages or images that other users can see. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable requirements.
Account deletion and retention
To request account deletion in the app, open your profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm Yes, Remove. If you cannot access your account or need help removing associated information, email the support address below with the email or phone number used for your account. Do not send your password.
Information is retained for the purposes described in this policy while needed to operate the service and handle your requests. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, investigate reports or resolve disputes. Deleting an account does not remove copies that other users have independently saved or shared. Contact us for assistance with the information associated with your account and any applicable retention requirements.
Security, age and updates
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security. OMNE5 is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies this version.

刪除帳號及保留資料
在應用程式打開個人檔案，選擇 Delete Account，並確認 Yes, Remove，即可提出刪除帳號請求。如無法登入或需要處理帳號相關資料，請用下方電郵聯絡我們，提供註冊電郵或電話；請勿傳送密碼。
資料會在營運服務及處理請求所需期間按本政策用途保留。為履行法律責任、防止詐騙、調查舉報或處理爭議，部分紀錄可能需要保留。刪除帳號不會移除其他用戶自行保存或轉發的副本。如需了解帳號相關資料及適用保留要求，請聯絡我們。
安全、年齡及政策更新
