How much does OMNE cost in Kuwait? Coins, VIP and what is free

If you are in Kuwait and thinking about trying OMNE, you probably want to know what it costs before you sign up. The short answer: OMNE is free to download and use, with optional paid features like coin packs and VIP. There are no hidden fees, and you can start without paying anything.

What is free on OMNE

OMNE is designed to be useful even if you never spend a dinar. The free tier gives you the core experience: creating a profile, browsing, and connecting with people. You can send messages, receive messages, and use the basic discovery features without a subscription. Free users can also earn coins through certain activities, though the amount is limited. The goal is to let you test the app and see if it fits your social life in Kuwait before deciding whether to pay for extras.

How OMNE works

OMNE (also known as omne5) is a dating and social discovery app available on Google Play. In Kuwait, it works like this: you download the app for free, create a profile, and start browsing. The app uses your location to show you people nearby, and you can filter by interests and preferences. Free users can send a limited number of messages per day and see who is online. If you want more, you can buy coins or subscribe to VIP. Coins are a virtual currency used for specific actions, like sending gifts or boosting your profile. VIP is a subscription that unlocks additional features for a set period. All payments go through Google Play, so you never enter your card details directly into the app.

Coins: what they are and how they work

Coins are OMNE's in-app currency. You buy them in packs of different sizes, and the price per coin usually gets better with larger packs. You can use coins for things like sending virtual gifts, unlocking extra visibility, or accessing certain premium actions. The exact number of coins you get and what they cost depends on the pack you choose and any promotions running at the time. You can see the current prices inside the app before you confirm any purchase. Coins are non-refundable once used, so buy only what you need.

VIP: benefits and subscription

VIP is a subscription that gives you a bundle of features for a recurring fee. While the exact benefits can change, typical VIP perks include: seeing who viewed your profile, unlimited messaging, advanced filters, and a badge on your profile. VIP is available in different durations, such as one month or three months, and the price per month is usually lower for longer commitments. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can check the current VIP plans and prices in the OMNE app under the VIP section.

How in-app purchases are handled on Google Play

All purchases in OMNE are processed by Google Play. When you tap to buy coins or VIP, a Google Play payment sheet appears, and you confirm the purchase using your saved payment method. This means OMNE never sees or stores your card details. Google Play also handles receipts, refunds, and subscription management. If you have a problem with a charge, you can contact Google Play support directly. For issues with the app itself, you can reach out to OMNE support through the app.

How to cancel a subscription

If you subscribed to VIP and want to stop it, you need to cancel through Google Play, not inside the OMNE app. Here is how:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Go to Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Find OMNE in the list and tap it.
6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

You will keep VIP access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not give you a refund for the current period, but it stops future charges. If you uninstall the app, the subscription will not cancel automatically, so make sure to follow the steps above.

Who OMNE is for

OMNE is for adults in Kuwait who want to meet new people, make friends, or find a partner. It is not a marriage bureau or a guaranteed matchmaking service. It works best for people who are comfortable starting conversations and are looking for a casual or serious connection. If you prefer a purely free experience, you can use OMNE without spending money, but you will have limits on messaging and features. If you want more visibility and convenience, VIP or coins can help. OMNE is not for anyone under 18.

Tips to manage your spending

• Set a monthly budget for in-app purchases and stick to it.
• Check the price before confirming any coin pack or subscription.
• Cancel VIP before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
• Use the free features first to see if OMNE meets your needs.
• Contact Google Play support for billing issues, not the app developer.
