How much does OMNE cost in Morocco? Coins, VIP and free features
If you are in Morocco and wondering how much does OMNE cost in Morocco, the short answer is: downloading and using the core of OMNE is free. There are optional paid extras — coin packs and a VIP subscription — but you can enjoy the app without spending anything. This article explains the free tier, what the paid options add, how billing works through Google Play, and how to cancel if you change your mind. No invented prices, just the structure so you know what to expect.
How OMNE works
OMNE (also known as omne5) is a dating and social discovery app available on Google Play. In Morocco, you can create a profile, browse matches, and start conversations without paying. The app uses a freemium model: the basics are free, and optional purchases unlock extra convenience or visibility. All payments are handled by Google Play, so the price you see is in your local currency and includes any applicable taxes. OMNE does not process your card details directly.
What is free on OMNE
The free tier is designed to be genuinely useful. You can:
- Create and edit your profile with photos and a bio.
- Browse profiles and see who is nearby or suggested for you.
- Send and receive messages within the app’s limits.
- Use basic discovery features to find people who share your interests.
- Report or block users, and manage your privacy settings.
Free users may see limits on how many likes or messages they can send per day, and some visibility features are reserved for paid users. These limits are there to keep the experience balanced and to prevent spam. You can always use OMNE without adding a payment method.
Optional coin packs
Coins are OMNE’s in-app currency. You buy them in packs through Google Play, and they can be used for small actions like boosting your profile for a set time or sending a special signal to someone you like. Coin packs come in different sizes, and the price per coin usually improves with larger packs. You are never required to buy coins — they are a convenience, not a requirement to use the app. Coins are consumed when you use a feature, and they do not expire unless stated otherwise in the app.
What VIP adds
VIP is an optional subscription that gives you extra benefits for as long as it is active. Typical VIP benefits include:
- Seeing who liked you, without guessing.
- More daily likes or messages than the free tier.
- Priority visibility, so your profile appears more often.
- Advanced filters to narrow your search.
- An ad-free experience, if ads are shown to free users.
VIP is billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through Google Play. The exact price and duration are shown clearly in the app before you confirm. OMNE does not invent or hide fees: the Google Play checkout screen shows the total you will pay, and you can cancel at any time.
How in-app purchases work on Google Play
All paid features in OMNE — coins and VIP — are processed by Google Play. When you tap a purchase, Google Play opens a confirmation screen with the price, billing period, and any taxes. You pay using the payment method saved to your Google account. OMNE never sees your card number. If you have a Google Play gift card or promotional credit, it can be used for these purchases. Receipts are sent by Google Play, and you can view your purchase history in your Google Play account.
How to cancel VIP or manage purchases
Because billing is handled by Google Play, you cancel through Google Play, not through OMNE. Here is the safe way:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions and find OMNE.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also manage or cancel from the Google Play website. After cancelling, you keep VIP benefits until the end of the current billing period. Coin purchases are one-time and are not recurring, so there is nothing to cancel — but you can check your purchase history in Google Play at any time. If you uninstall OMNE, your subscription does not cancel automatically; you must cancel it through Google Play.
Who OMNE is for
OMNE is for adults in Morocco who want a straightforward way to meet new people, whether for dating or friendship. It suits people who prefer a free starting point and like the option to pay only for extras they actually use. It is not for anyone under 18, and it is not a guarantee of matches or relationships. Paid features increase visibility and convenience, but they do not promise results. If you are looking for a simple, honest app with clear pricing, OMNE is worth a try.
Tips to keep costs predictable
- Start with the free tier and see if it meets your needs.
- Check the Google Play checkout screen carefully before confirming any purchase.
- Set a monthly budget for in-app purchases if you decide to use coins or VIP.
- Cancel VIP as soon as you no longer need it to avoid renewal.
- Use Google Play’s family controls or purchase approvals if you share a device.
Download OMNE free on Google Play and explore the free features first. You can always add coins or VIP later if you want more visibility — the choice is yours.
