OMNE Cost in North Macedonia: Coins, VIP and What Is Free
If you are in North Macedonia and considering OMNE, you probably want to know what it costs before you sign up. The short answer: OMNE is free to download and use, with optional in-app purchases for coins and VIP. There are no hidden fees, and you can enjoy the core experience without spending anything. This guide explains the free tier, how coin packs and VIP work, and how billing and cancellation are handled through Google Play.
How OMNE works
OMNE (also known as omne5) is a dating app that helps you meet new people. In North Macedonia, you can download OMNE from Google Play and create a profile at no cost. The app uses a freemium model: basic features are free, while extra features are available through in-app purchases. This means you can start chatting and browsing without paying, and only spend money if you want to enhance your experience. All payments are processed by Google Play, so you use the payment method linked to your Google account.
What is free on OMNE
OMNE offers a generous free tier that lets you use the app meaningfully. Here is what you can do without paying:
- Create your profile and add photos
- Browse profiles and discover new people
- Send and receive messages (with some daily limits)
- Use basic search and matching features
The free tier is designed to give you a real feel for the app. You can chat, match and see who is nearby in North Macedonia. Some actions, like sending unlimited messages or using advanced filters, may be limited or available only through coins or VIP.
Coins: what they are and how to get them
Coins are OMNE's in-app currency. You can buy coin packs with real money through Google Play. Coins let you access premium actions without a subscription, such as:
- Boosting your profile for more visibility
- Sending gifts or super likes
- Unlocking extra features for a limited time
Coin packs come in different sizes. The exact prices are set by OMNE and displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary slightly depending on your Google Play country settings and local currency (Macedonian denar). You will always see the final price in your local currency before you pay.
VIP: benefits and billing
VIP is OMNE's premium subscription. It unlocks a set of enhanced features for a period of time (e.g., one month). VIP benefits typically include:
- Unlimited messaging
- See who liked you
- Advanced search filters
- Profile boosts
- Ad-free experience (if ads are present)
VIP is billed through Google Play as a recurring subscription. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe, and it renews automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you will retain VIP access until the end of the current billing period. OMNE does not set the price in your local currency; Google Play handles currency conversion and taxes based on your region.
In-app purchases on Google Play
All purchases in OMNE are processed by Google Play. When you tap to buy coins or VIP, a Google Play payment sheet appears. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, carrier billing, or Google Play balance, depending on what is available in North Macedonia. OMNE does not store your payment details; Google handles the transaction securely. After purchase, coins or VIP are added to your account immediately. If you have issues, you can contact Google Play support for billing questions.
How to cancel VIP or manage purchases
To cancel your VIP subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon and go to Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions and select OMNE.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also manage or cancel via the Google Play website. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep VIP until the end of the paid period. For coin purchases (one-time), there is no subscription to cancel, but you can request a refund from Google Play if eligible.
Who OMNE is for
OMNE is for adults in North Macedonia who want a straightforward dating app with a free starting point. It suits people who prefer to try before paying and who like the flexibility of buying coins for occasional extras rather than committing to a subscription. If you are looking for a serious relationship or just want to meet new people, OMNE offers a balanced mix of free and paid features. It is not for those who expect everything for free, but the free tier is genuinely usable.
Is OMNE worth paying for?
Only you can decide. Start with the free version to see if you enjoy the app. If you find yourself wanting more visibility or unlimited messaging, a small coin pack or a month of VIP can be a low-commitment way to test the waters. Remember that in-app purchases are optional and you can stop spending at any time. OMNE aims to be transparent: you see the price before you pay, and you control your spending.
Tip: Check the price in your local currency before confirming any purchase. Google Play will show the exact amount in Macedonian denar, including applicable taxes.
