Is OMNE free in Belarus? Coins, VIP and what you actually get
If you are in Belarus and wondering whether OMNE is free, the short answer is yes: you can download the app, create a profile and send a limited number of messages every day without paying anything. OMNE (also known as omne5) uses a freemium model: the core dating experience is free, while optional coins and VIP tiers unlock extra features like unlimited chat and higher-quality video calls. This article explains exactly what you get for free, what costs money, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
How OMNE works
OMNE is a dating app available on Google Play. In Belarus, as in other countries, you can install it for free. After signing up, you can browse profiles, like people and match. The free version lets you send a certain number of messages per day to your matches. If you want to chat without limits, you can buy coins or subscribe to a VIP tier. Coins are a virtual currency used for individual actions, such as sending a gift or boosting your profile for a short time. VIP is a recurring subscription that gives you unlimited messages, see who liked you, and access to higher-quality video calls. All payments are handled through Google Play, so your financial details are never shared directly with OMNE. The app works in Belarus, and you can use it in Russian. Keep in mind that the exact number of free daily messages and the price of coins may change over time, so always check the current information inside the app or on Google Play.
What you get for free
When you download OMNE for free, you get a solid set of features that let you date without spending money:
- Free registration and profile creation. You can add photos, write a bio and set your preferences.
- Daily free messages. You can send a limited number of messages to your matches every day. The limit resets daily.
- Matching and liking. Swipe or tap to like people. If they like you back, it is a match.
- Basic video calls. You can make video calls, though the quality may be standard.
- Discovery. See profiles in your area and filter by age, distance and other criteria.
These free features are enough to start conversations and potentially meet someone. Many users never pay anything and still enjoy the app.
Coins: what they are and when to use them
Coins are optional. You can buy them in packs through Google Play. They are useful if you want to:
- Send a virtual gift to a match to get noticed.
- Boost your profile for a certain period so more people see you.
- Unlock additional messages beyond the daily free limit.
- Access some premium filters or features temporarily.
Coins are not a subscription; they are one-time purchases. You buy them when you need them, and they do not renew automatically. If you never buy coins, you can still use OMNE for free.
VIP tiers: unlimited chat and better video calls
VIP is a subscription that unlocks a more complete experience. The exact tiers and prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Typically, VIP includes:
- Unlimited messages. Chat as much as you want without daily limits.
- See who liked you. Skip the guessing and match faster.
- Higher-quality video calls. Enjoy clearer video and audio during calls.
- Ad-free experience. No interruptions while browsing.
- Profile boost. Sometimes VIP includes a periodic boost to increase visibility.
VIP is optional. If you are happy with the free version, you do not need to subscribe. But if you want to chat a lot or prefer better call quality, VIP can be worth it.
How to cancel your VIP subscription
If you subscribed to VIP through Google Play, you can cancel it anytime. Here is how:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
- Find OMNE in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
After cancellation, you will still have access to VIP features until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. If you bought coins, they are not refundable, but you can use them until they run out. If you have trouble canceling, you can contact Google Play support or the OMNE support team inside the app.
How to delete your OMNE account
If you decide to leave OMNE, you can delete your account. This action is permanent and removes your profile, matches and messages. To delete your account:
- Open the OMNE app and go to your profile.
- Tap the settings icon (usually a gear or three dots).
- Find Account or Privacy and look for Delete account.
- Follow the instructions. You may be asked to confirm your decision.
If you cannot find the option, you can contact support through the app or via the email listed on Google Play. They will help you delete your account. Remember that deleting your account does not automatically cancel a VIP subscription; cancel it separately as described above.
Who OMNE is for
OMNE is for adults who want to meet new people, whether for dating, friendship or casual conversations. It is suitable for those who prefer a straightforward app without overwhelming features. If you are in Belarus and want to try online dating without spending money upfront, OMNE offers a free entry point. It is also for users who value the option to upgrade only when they need extra features like unlimited chat or better video calls. However, if you are looking for a completely free app with no paid options at all, OMNE may not be the best fit, as it does have coins and VIP. But the free version is fully functional for basic use.
