Is OMNE free in Peru? Coins, VIP and what you actually get
If you are in Peru and wondering whether OMNE costs money, the short answer is: OMNE is free to download and use. You can send a limited number of messages every day without paying anything. Optional coins and VIP tiers exist for people who want unlimited chat or higher-quality video calls. This article explains exactly what you get for free, what costs money, and how to stay in control of your account.
How OMNE works
OMNE is a dating app available in Peru through Google Play. You create a profile, browse people nearby, and start conversations. The app uses a freemium model: the core experience is free, and extra features are paid. In Peru, you can download OMNE at no cost, and you are not required to add a payment method to use the basic version. The free plan includes a daily allowance of messages, so you can chat and get to know people without spending anything. If you want to send more messages or unlock premium perks, you can buy coins or subscribe to VIP. All prices are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase, and they are charged in your local currency through Google Play.
Free features in Peru
- Free download from Google Play.
- Free profile creation and editing.
- A set number of free messages every day.
- Ability to browse profiles and see who is nearby.
- Basic matching and discovery features.
The daily free messages reset each day. This means you can keep using OMNE for free indefinitely, as long as you are comfortable with the daily limit.
Optional coins
Coins are a virtual currency inside OMNE. You can buy coin packs to send additional messages beyond your daily free allowance, or to unlock certain interactions. Coins are optional. You never have to buy them to keep your account active. If you do buy coins, the purchase is handled by Google Play, and you can see your balance in the app. Coins do not expire, but they are tied to your account.
VIP tiers
VIP is a subscription that unlocks unlimited chat and higher-quality video calls. There may be different VIP tiers (for example, monthly or longer periods), and the exact benefits are listed in the app before you subscribe. VIP is designed for people who want to talk without limits and enjoy smoother video calls. Like coins, VIP is completely optional. You can use OMNE for free and never subscribe.
Who OMNE is for
OMNE is for adults in Peru who want to meet new people, chat, and possibly build a relationship. It is not a social network for friends or a professional networking app. It works best for people who are comfortable starting conversations and who value a simple, direct dating experience. If you prefer a free app with a daily message limit and no pressure to pay, OMNE can work for you. If you want unlimited chatting and better video quality, VIP is available. OMNE is not for anyone under 18, and it is not a place for harassment or spam. The community guidelines apply to everyone, whether you pay or not.
How to cancel your VIP subscription
If you subscribed to VIP through Google Play, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep VIP benefits until the end of the current billing period. Here is how to cancel on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Find OMNE and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
If you bought coins, those are one-time purchases and do not renew. You can also manage your subscription from the OMNE app if there is a link to Google Play settings. For any billing issue, contact Google Play support first, as they handle all payments.
How to delete your OMNE account
You can delete your OMNE account directly from the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data, and you will not be able to recover it. Here is the usual process:
- Open the OMNE app and go to your profile or settings.
- Find the account settings or privacy section.
- Look for Delete account or a similar option.
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
If you cannot find the option, you can contact support through the app or the Google Play listing. Before deleting, remember to cancel any active VIP subscription to avoid future charges. Deleting the app from your phone does not automatically delete your account or cancel your subscription.
