Is OMNE Free in Tajikistan? Coins, VIP and What You Actually Get
If you live in Tajikistan and you are wondering whether OMNE costs money, the short answer is: OMNE is free to download and free to use for basic chatting. You can send a set number of messages every day without paying anything. If you want unlimited chat, higher-quality video calls and extra visibility, you can optionally buy coins or upgrade to VIP. Nothing is forced, and you can cancel or delete your account whenever you choose. This guide explains exactly what you get for free, what coins and VIP add, and how to manage your account with confidence.
How OMNE works
OMNE (also written omne5) is a dating and social discovery app available on Google Play. In Tajikistan, you install it like any other Android app, create a profile, and start browsing people nearby or in other cities. The app uses your interests, location and activity to suggest matches. You can chat, send likes, and move to a video call when both people feel ready.
The important part for your wallet: OMNE does not require a subscription to start. You get free daily messages, and you can use the core features without entering payment details. Coins and VIP are optional add-ons for people who want more. There are no hidden mandatory charges, and the app will always show you the price before you confirm any purchase. If you never buy anything, you can still enjoy OMNE as a free user.
What you get for free
Free users in Tajikistan get a genuinely useful experience. Here is what is included at no cost:
- Free download and registration — install OMNE from Google Play and create your profile without paying.
- Free daily messages — a set number of messages you can send each day to people you match with.
- Profile browsing and likes — discover new people based on your preferences.
- Basic chat — text conversations with your matches.
- Safety tools — block, report and privacy settings are available to everyone.
The free tier is not a trial that expires. It is a permanent free option. Many people in Tajikistan use OMNE this way and never spend a somoni. The daily message limit simply resets, so you can keep chatting day after day.
What coins are for
Coins are OMNE's virtual currency. They are optional and used for small extra actions, such as sending a Super Like to stand out, boosting your profile for a short time, or unlocking a specific feature you want to try. You buy coins in packs, and the price is shown clearly in the app before you pay. Coins are not required to send your daily free messages or to use basic chat.
Think of coins as a way to customise your experience. If you are happy with the free daily messages, you do not need coins at all. If you want to be more visible for a day or send a stronger signal to someone you like, coins give you that option without committing to a subscription.
VIP tiers: unlimited chat and better video calls
VIP is a paid upgrade for people who use OMNE often and want fewer limits. While the exact tiers and prices are shown inside the app in your local currency, the general benefits are consistent:
- Unlimited chat — no daily message cap, so you can keep conversations going.
- Higher-quality video calls — clearer video and audio for face-to-face conversations.
- More visibility — your profile can be seen by more people, which may lead to more matches.
- Extra features — depending on the tier, you may get additional likes, rewinds or profile highlights.
VIP is a subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel. You are never locked in: you can cancel at any time, and you keep VIP benefits until the end of the period you already paid for. If you are unsure, start with the free tier, see how much you chat, and only upgrade if the daily limit feels too small.
How to cancel VIP
Cancelling is straightforward, and you do not need to contact support to do it. Because OMNE is distributed through Google Play, subscriptions are managed by Google. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile picture, then tap Payments and subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find OMNE in the list and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
After cancelling, you will not be charged again. You can still use the free features of OMNE, including your daily free messages. If you cancel and later change your mind, you can resubscribe from the app.
How to delete your account
If you want to leave OMNE completely, you can delete your account from inside the app. Look for Settings, then Account, and choose the delete account option. The app will ask you to confirm. Once deleted, your profile and matches are removed, and you will not be able to recover the account. If you have an active VIP subscription, cancel it first through Google Play so you are not charged after deletion. If you ever have trouble finding the option, you can contact OMNE support from the app's help section.
Who OMNE is for
OMNE is for adults in Tajikistan who want to meet new people, chat, and possibly build a relationship. It suits people who value a simple, free starting point and who like the option to upgrade only if they need more. It is not a marriage agency, and it does not promise matches or dates. It is a tool for conversation and discovery.
If you prefer unlimited messaging and clearer video calls, VIP can be worth it. If you are curious but cautious, the free tier is a safe way to try OMNE without spending money. Either way, you stay in control of what you pay and when you stop.
Common questions about paying in Tajikistan
People often ask whether OMNE works with local payment methods. Google Play supports the payment options available in your region, and you will see what is accepted when you check out. Prices are displayed in the app, so you always know the cost before confirming. There are no separate fees from OMNE beyond the price shown. If a payment fails, it is usually a Google Play or bank issue, and you can retry or choose another method.
